Terms and Conditions

• Card must be presented to receive the Free pizza.
• Card is non-transferable and is valid for six months from date of purchase (signature of card should be same as the one on the receipt for validation purposes).
• Free pizza applicable for take-out and delivery only.
• Maximum of five paid and five free pizzas per order. Your free pizza is not convertible to cash.
• Not valid with any other promotions.
• Pizza Hut reserves the right to dishonor or confiscate the card if it does not conform to the terms of this card or if found tampered or faked
• Pizza Hut is not liable for any lost card.
